(As long as they don't spend more than &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 69, 106); font-size: 18px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20%&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; of their time in the office doing what Dr. Coker calls &amp;quot;workplace internet leisure browsing&amp;quot;.)
